Accounts and authentication

losclouds accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity of the Google account used to authenticate. Sessions are tracked via cookies scoped to losclouds and can be revoked at any time by signing out or deleting your account.

Community reports and alert subscriptions

When you file a status report or subscribe to alerts for a service, losclouds stores enough information to deliver alerts and deduplicate signal (email or channel target, notification preferences, and a hashed IP for rate limiting).

• Reports should reflect real outages, degraded behavior, or recoveries you have observed. Repeated submissions that misrepresent service state may be removed.
• Alert subscriptions can be edited or cancelled at any time from /alerts/manage using the link in any email, or removed entirely by deleting your account.

API keys and platform use

API keys issued from the Settings page authorize usage of api.losclouds.com within the limits of your subscription tier. You agree not to share keys across organizations you do not control, not to resell the data, and not to use automated traffic to probe losclouds monitors or circumvent rate limits.

Account termination and data deletion

You can delete your losclouds account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is immediate and removes:

• your user record and sign-in account links
• all active sessions
• alert destinations and subscriptions tied to your account or email
• API keys issued under your account
• status reports you have filed

Service availability

losclouds publishes cloud and platform availability data collected from automated monitors and community reports. The platform itself is provided on a best-effort basis without warranty. Monitoring coverage, availability windows, and data retention may change as the product evolves.
